100% biodegradable jute market bags
These are the bags that do it all! They are incredibly hard wearing, thanks to being made from jute twine (my finger has the blister to prove it!), but they are also 100% biodegradable. So when they do finally die, you need not be worried about disposing of them and adding to land fill.
That is awesome in itself BUT they also look amazing, come in six gorgeous colours and hold loads too!! How can you not love them!?
The important stuff -
Made from 100% biodegradable jute twine, so they are good for the environment as well as being rock hard!
Pre-stretched size: approx. 45cm from the top of the handle to the base of the bag and 30cm across the top of the bag when flat.
I try to keep some of these bags in stock as they are one of my best sellers. If I have the stock, I will post out within 2 working days. If I need to make yours to order, it may be up to a week. I will, of course, confirm this with each order.
Shipping and returns
Shipping - p&p for the UK is ALWAYS included in the price. I hate it when you go to a website and then they add loads on for postage at the end!
Shipping outside the UK - I have done this on occasion, but to be honest, the cost and paperwork needed now makes this unrealistic in most cases. I'm happy to talk it through with you though.
Overdue shipping - unfortunately this happens occasionally. Please bear a few things in mind - this is not life or death and I am human! 😉 Order even earlier than you normally would at busy times (eg Christmas, lockdowns), and always keep the lines of communication open.
Returns
- I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you simply don't like it or it's not quite as you imagined, please return it in new condition within 14 days of buying. I would ask that you pay for the return.
- If the item is damaged in transit, please send me photos of how it arrives and we can assess whether it can me mended or a replacement needs to be sent out. This has not happened yet - so fingers crossed it never does!
The key is communication. Please let me know what is going on and then we can sort it out together.
